For all international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. Shopibeez is not responsible for collecting or remitting these charges on behalf of the receiver.
Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical address is required for delivery.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that a return shipping fee of $15 is charged for returns. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
